Setup a complete free email service within minutes on any domain.

All you need is a basic PHP installation (>4.3), MYSQL (5.0) and a simple mail account with POP3 access (this can be on any domain and or several domains - it doesn’t even have to be on the same server).

Highly Profitable: The script can target Adsense ads on the fly to messages being read by your users. It can even target messages to the content of the home page of the server that sent the message. So if your user receives an email from support@fireballsoftware.com, ads will be targeted to the actual content on http://fireballsoftware.com for maximum relevancy to the recipient.

You can disable Adsense ads or use your own custom ad code, or any other ad solution.

Ads are also featured on the compose email message page. You can set a default keyword phrase to target the compose page ads to whatever you think would be most profitable.

You can set an system wide email signature which is sent appended to the bottom of all outgoing mail. So all your users will be promoting whatever you want with every email they send.

You can include an [affid] tag in your signature. Users can configure an Affiliate ID in their profile. When they send out an email, the [affid] tag in your signature will be replaced by the Affiliate ID they configure. This means, you can encourage your users to signup for your other product affiliate programs, and have their own affiliate links to your products in the signature of every email they send.

You can configure a welcome email that is in their inbox immediately when they register. This is the perfect place to introduce your other products, affiliate programs and encourage them to become an affiliate and set the Affiliate ID value in their profile.

You can mass email all your users with personalized messages with the click of a button, to occasionally promote your other products. You can personalize these messages with [name] and [email] tags.
Advanced Security
- CAPTCHA Protection on Registration page (can be enabled and disabled).
- Security question system for retrieving forgotten passwords.
- Set a list of blocked addresses that users cannot register. If you have other real mail accounts on your domain, you would set them up here so that users cannot register them in the free email system.
- Throttle outgoing email: You can set the maximum amount of emails allowed to be sent by any user during any period of time. The default is 500 emails per 24 hour period but can be increased or decreased.
- It is possible to seamlessly integrate the Fireball Mail Enterprise system into any other user base, so you can add a free email service to an existing membership site. The script then acts as a side service within the existing system.
- Fireball Mail Enterprise can also take care of internal messaging, between members. You can for example include a “Message Me” link on a member’s profile page which would then redirect to the mail script page, and automatically open the compose page with the member’s email address pre-loaded in the "To" field.
- You can display an Unread Messages count within your membership site template, which auto updates with Ajax every 10 seconds (time you can configure). You can make this a link that directs to the mail script page.
